Santander Bank Polska S.A. is the third largest bank in Poland in terms of assets. Until September 7, 2018, it had operated as Bank Zachodni WBK.
Bank Zachodni WBK was incorporated as a result of the merger of Bank Zachodni S.A. with Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy S.A. in 2001. This year, the Bank's shares debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. On April 1, 2011 Banco Santander became the majority shareholder of the Bank (currently its share is 68.13%). Almost 2 years later, on January 4, 2013, Zachodni WBK S.A. merged with Kredyt Bank S.A. |

We provide a new starter package, with which the account manager will come to a meeting with the bank manager. |
